Wow this week my true compass from the lesson was Well Doing = Well Being. Now that seemed to simplify my life this week. When there were times that I was on a path of procrastination, I would remind myself that this is simple. Ok, so still not perfect but much improved. I actually made it two days on the Mental Diet and I had some great observations. One reveal to myself was how unsafe it felt to be disciplined. It was like being predictable was not safe. Now, as my blueprint changes, I don’t need that type of safety any longer. Signs of change!!!
